Corey Blair
Owner and Coach
Division I catcher and first baseman at Siena College and the University at Buffalo. MAC Presidential Scholar-Athlete and NCAA Regionals.
Jerod Edmondson
Owner and Coach
General Manager and Manager of the Brockton Rox. Head coach at Saint Anselm (2020 to 2023), hitting coach at UMass Lowell, professional player 2007 to 2014.
Jeremiah Toomey
Owner
Over a decade coaching baseball and hockey across Dorchester and the South Shore. Board member, Norwell Little League.

THE CAPTAINS COACHES
Every team has a head coach and at least one assistant, with head coaches bringing playing or coaching experience. Most importantly, our coaches prioritize a positive, supportive environment where players are encouraged to push their limits, take risks, and learn from both successes and setbacks. We value both parent and non-parent coaches, but hold everyone to the same standard: coach every player equally, prioritize development, and put the team first.
Stephen Perakslis
Director of Pitching and Head Coach
Drafted by the Chicago Cubs in 2012 and played eight years professionally. Offers individual and group pitching lessons.
Joel Barrett
Head Coach
Division I at the University of Maine, third all-time in hits. Founder of Massachusetts Attack Softball and Joel Barrett Baseball & Softball.
Chris Edmondson
Hitting Coach
Four-year starter and 2008 All-American at LeMoyne College. Drafted by the St. Louis Cardinals, later with the Atlanta Braves.
Jason Delaney
Head Coach
Boston College's all-time hits leader and a three-time All-Conference selection. Drafted in the 12th round by the Pittsburgh Pirates after a standout four-year career at BC.
Dave Dickerson
Head Coach
Former pitching coach at Fairleigh Dickinson University and assistant at Eastern Nazarene and Lasell College.
Kevin Cronin
Head Coach
Over 14 years of coaching, including Norwell High School, Duxbury Legion and Stoughton High School.
TJ Kanya
Head Coach
Former college baseball player with several years experience coaching in the Captains organization. Focused on providing a positive experience for players and building a love for the game.
Chris Holmes
Head Coach
Experienced youth baseball coach and current President of Norwell Little League. Brings extensive experience working with and developing young players.
Adam Buckley
Head Coach
Former local high school baseball player with coaching experience across a wide range of age groups. Focused on player development and building strong fundamentals.
Mike Losordo
Head Coach
Catholic University graduate and former Hanover High School and Hanover Legion player. Has coached alongside Joel Barrett for several summers, with a focus on player development both on and off the field.
Joe DeMartino
Head Coach
Former standout catcher at Wheaton College. Played and coached at Barnstable High School, bringing experience in both player development and coaching.
Jerry Varnum
Coach
Starting catcher and senior captain at Boston College. Over ten years coaching youth baseball and softball.
David Gibbons
Coach and Safety Coordinator
Firefighter, paramedic and EMS coordinator. Over 15 years coaching youth baseball and football.
