Where serious players come to get better.
Unmatched club baseball, where player development comes first. We focus on what matters: building better athletes, stronger teams, and future leaders.
INTRODUCING THE MASS CAPTAINS
Built by players, coaches and parents
Founded by former collegiate and professional baseball players, the Massachusetts Captains Baseball Club is dedicated to developing amateur athletes to compete at their highest level. With firsthand experience as players, coaches, and parents, we understand what truly matters, and what families need, as they navigate the journey of youth sports. From a player's first competitive reps to their final push toward a college roster spot, we build serious baseball players, elite teammates, and better overall athletes.

Elite experience and real recruiting help
College and pro-level coaches with real recruiting insight and broad networks, plus age-appropriate training at every level.
Top-tier facility access

Clear, consistent communication
We keep families in the loop. No guessing, no gaps, just honest updates and support for your player's growth.
Right-sized rosters, bigger roles
Fewer players per team, especially at the younger ages, means more reps, more attention and more opportunity to develop and compete.
Built-in athletic training
Team-based strength, speed and agility training included in tuition for all 10U and up players. No extra fees, just better athletes.
PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Player development is our priority
A structured, four-phase progression from 9U to 17U
Little League and town ball development, 9U to 12U. We complement local town programs and make the move to travel baseball seamless, from a first ~15-game season to the 50/70 field and a full league and tournament schedule.
The big diamond, 13U and 14U. More commitment, professional off-season training and a 30 to 40 game schedule on the 60 by 90 field, preparing players for high school baseball.
Summer season and high school prep, 15U. A summer-only schedule with wood-bat games and tournaments, and an introduction to the college recruiting process.
College and next-level prep, 16U and 17U. Players come off JV and varsity seasons into competitive tournaments, with the focus on college exposure and development.
The Mass Captains compete in the Perfect Game League as well as several local, regional and national tournaments.
